The frame is made of thick metal, with corners bent from solid metal. The slats are made of flexible and sturdy 2×22 slats, each 50 mm wide and 8 mm thick, suitable for use with all types of mattresses. The slats are densely arranged (~3.5 cm gaps between slats), ensuring the mattress does not sag between the gaps and maintains its proper shape for a long time.
