Rėmas pagamintas iš storo metalo, kampai lenkti iš vientiso metalo. Grotelės gaminamos iš elastingų ir tvirtų 1×22 lamelių, kurių plotis 50 mm, storis 8 mm, jos tinkamos naudoti su visų rūšių čiužiniais. Grotelės yra tankaus išdėstymo (~3,5 cm tarpai tarp lamelių), todėl užtikrina, kad čiužinys neįdubtų į tarpus ir išliktų taisyklingos formos ilgą laiką.
